Kit CYLINDER WORKS BIG BORE 105 for YAMAHA YZ 85 from 2002 to 2017

CYLINDER WORKS offers you its 105cc BIG BORE cylinder for your motocross YAMAHA YZ 85cc 2 stroke from 2002 to 2017. This aluminum kit has the same characteristics as your original cylinder except that we go from Ø48mm 85cc to Ø52.5 mm 103.5cc real. It is however necessary to realign your cylinder head for the good functioning of this top engine. A precise diagram is attached at the bottom of the product. This complete top motor is of a very high quality and finish. The coating is made of nickel with silicon carbide to guarantee a minimal friction surface and increase the reliability and the duration of your cylinder. But it also allows to have more torque and performance than the original engine. Let's talk about the piston, it is manufactured by VERTEX which is one of the largest manufacturers in the world of high-end piston. It is equipped with a ring to limit friction and therefore have more ease of taking turns. The head of the piston is worked to allow an excellent driving compression. It is moreover graphited to have a better lubrication during its passage. We recommend this top engine for those who wish to give more performance and torque to their machine. This cylinder is of course sold complete. It includes the cylinder, piston, ring, pin, clips as well as its base seals. We regret that the cylinder head is not supplied with this top engine.
