Kit ATHENA Big Bore Ø50mm 80cc for KTM SX and XC 65cc from 2001 to 2008

Here is the kit ATHENA call Big Bore in Ø50mm which gives a 80cc for your KTM 65cc SX and XC. This complete cylinder allows you to rebuild your engine but also increase the displacement of it for more fun. It is equipped with a scavenging transfer, 4 intake transfers and an exhaust booster to evacuate the gases. It is equipped with a single ring piston to have a maximum of high rpm. This gives us a very powerful kit on such a small motocross bike. You have to know that the original top engine is about 15,8hp while the Big Bore from ATHENA is 19,3hp! This cylinder is designed to be mounted with the original crankshaft and the original exhaust. We only advise to adjust your original carburetor by changing the main nozzle of 10 points on average. This kit is delivered as on the picture with a complete kit cylinder, piston, ring, clips, gasket pack, cylinder head, .... As you can see on the picture it is delivered with several base seals to be able to make your squish as correctly as possible.
