CYLINDER WORKS offers you its cylinder in 480cc BIG BORE for your motocross HONDA CRF 450cc R 4 stroke from 2002 to 2012 / HONDA CRF 450cc X 4 stroke from 2004 to 2012 and HM CRE 450cc from 2009 to 2011. This aluminum kit has the same characteristics as your original cylinder except that we go from Ø96mm 450cc to Ø99mm 478cc real and all this without any adaptation or modification to do on your engine. You will be able to mount it without problem with your cylinder head and camshaft of origin. This complete top engine is of a very high quality and finish. The coating is made of nickel silicon carbide to guarantee a minimal friction surface and increase the reliability and duration of your cylinder. But it also allows to have more torque and performance than the original engine. Let's talk about the piston, it is made at VERTEX which is one of the largest manufacturer in the world of high-end piston. The head of the piston is worked to allow an excellent engine compression. It is moreover graphited to have a better lubrication during its passage.
